In the latest episode of the Sunbeam Chats Podcast, I am chatting with Chelsea Williams a Creative, Artist, Spiritual Wellness Coach and Modern Day Goddess. She is a dynamic leader, people enthusiast, and creative visionary serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Pelago Trips. 

In this delightful conversation we chat about her educational pursuits and her search for a career in traditional sectors; but discovered her passion and calling for the arts and wellness; which later became her business. 

Chelsea spoke about her path to self-discovery and trying to determine what she wanted to do with her life; which she called her "beautiful and chaotic journey". She talked about following her "gut" and making decisions along the way that were sometimes contrary to what others were doing, but felt right within her so she did just that. 

We discuss her intentional delving into the Arts scene in Houston to develop her skills as an Artist. After which she stepped out in faith and did different types of arts events, paintings and art commissions; which evolved into her becoming a part-time Arts Entrepreneur. This is how she was able to generate income and build her business and brand; and this path is also what made her feel happy and the most fulfilled in her life. 

We also discussed her journey to becoming a Spiritual Wellness Coach. Which was triggered by stress and her desire to bring balance and stability to her life from the "noise" that existed in the world, especially from a life in the US. Chelsea spoke about the healing powers of island life in the Caribbean, which she loved and is always a good thing for our wellbeing.  

She then spoke about what is Reiki and Sound Bath Meditation and how this type of therapy works. Also about what is Feng Shui and its benefits in your home, offices and spaces. Chelsea said that it is about creating and arranging spaces for your spirituality and wellness; it helps to attract more positive energy to flow into your life.  

Chelsea spoke about Pelago Trips and how she got involved in the then startup, as the Social Media Manager but later became the CEO. She talked about how she was able to use her creativity, branding and marketing training, other skillsets, and even her wellness practice to pour into, reshape and rebrand the company. 

We end by Chelsea aka the Modern Day Goddess recounting the journey of her life, the discovery, understanding that her path was purposeful and led her to this moment of finding herself. 

She has learnt self confidence, to trust her gut, follow her own path, to jump into passionately the things she loves to do and in this season she is loving who she is becoming; while she shares her gifts to the world.
