Kandyss Trancoso's, background in International Business Management at the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, has empowered her to mentor numerous Caribbean entrepreneurs. In 2015, with Royalink Ltd, she pioneered the first Tech Incubator for students, launching 15 tech startups that address community challenges in Trinidad & Tobago.
